Environmental Policy

We recognize the direct effects on the environment arising out of our operations due to consumption of resources like energy, water, etc. and generation of wastes. We shall continuously work to minimize impact on the environment by encouraging and activating environmentally responsible behaviour on part of our employees, customers, vendors, contractors, business associates, and other stakeholders throughout the world.

We aim to fulfill our environmental commitments to conserve water, energy and reduce gas emissions; to minimize waste and to inspire the public at large in support of environmental sustainability. We seek to identify, measure, understand, and develop realistic solutions for mitigating environmental impacts while complying with applicable laws and regulations.

We are committed to reviewing and communicating regularly to all stakeholders and the public at large our progress in implementing the policies and achieving the targets we have established.

Health & Safety Policy

SEE Linkages Pvt. Ltd. is fully committed to minimising the possibility of injury or ill health in people and in preventing damage to property or the environment. We fully accept our ethical and lawful responsibilities to protect, so far as is reasonably practicable, the health and safety of our employees and anyone who may be affected by the actions of the Company and its employees. We will set standards to comply with the relevant statutory and other requirements relating to health and safety with regard to the effect on employees, contractors, visitors, and the public.

The Company will communicate the Health and Safety Policy to all employees and it will be freely available to customers and the general public. The Company’s Health and Safety performance will be continually assessed through communication and measuring performance, so improvements and setting of relevant Health and Safety objectives and targets can be implemented. This policy will be reviewed annually and updated as required to conform to current statutory and other requirements.

Prevention of Sexual Harassment of Employees

SEE Linkages Private Limited, is an equal employment opportunity company and is committed to creating a healthy working environment that enables employees to work without fear of prejudice, gender bias and sexual harassment. The Company also believes that all employees of the Company, have the right to be treated with dignity. Sexual harassment at the work place or other than work place if involving employees is a grave offence and is, therefore, punishable.

The SEE Group respects the personal dignity, privacy and rights of each individual. We expect all our suppliers/service providers not to encourage any unacceptable treatment of employees such as mental cruelty, sexual harassment or discrimination and shall deal with such issues judiciously without a preoccupied mind. Strictly prohibiting unacceptable behaviour of employees in form of gesture, physical contact, coercion, or abusive or exploitation.

Prohibition of Forced & Child Labour

The SEE Group do not support the use of child labour and do not encourage practice of any worker to work against his/her will. We expect our suppliers/service providers to comply with all local child labour laws and meet the minimum legal age requirements. Under no circumstances children below the age of 18 are to be employed.

All employees will be verified by their age through proper records provided by the local governmental bodies.

Without proper age records, the candidate will not be allowed to work in the premises. Proper verification of age records to be done by the factory HR to authenticate the records provided. The age record should be placed in the personal file of the concern employee for further verifications.

Anti -Bribery & No gift policy

Our employees are committed to conduct business with the highest possible standards of integrity and good governance.

We practice, this policy to avoid conflicts of interest or the appearance of such conflicts between us and our business partners. It also helps us to maintain ethical work & business relationship.

We respect the anti-corruption and non-bribery to ensure integrity and transparency of the business process at various levels. We expect that none of the employees or member of our suppliers/service providers shall offer gifts or benefits to any employee, government or non-government officials for the purpose of influencing decision making, in violation of law or accept bribery of any nature which includes gifts of even nominal value or payments thereof.

Workplace Conduct Policy

Organization is firmly committed to ensuring a positive and professional working environment in which all people are treated with respect and dignity.

Management believe in a proactive approach to workplace conduct/ respect and committed to provide healthy and safe workplace, free from physical or psychological bullying, harassment and violence. A respectful work environment is a place where employees are actively living by our core values.

This policy prohibits all forms of bullying, harassment and violence (hereinafter, referred to as a violation of “conduct/respect”) by management, supervisors, workers, subcontractors, suppliers and customers. To support the objective of providing all employees with a healthy safe workplace, it is required that managers, supervisors and workers take preventative action to ensure that risks to individual’s health and safety due to violations of conduct/respect are eliminated or reported.
